Training Packages - Transition Arrangements

How do I keep up with Training Package Changes?

Training Packages are subject to continuous improvement and it may be a challenge to keep up-to-date of what changes are being made and the effect of those changes.

In November 2011, National Skills Standards Council (NSCC) issued guidelines for transitioning to revised training packages. Guidelines include information on RTO's obligation to manage their scope of registration to transition from superseded training packages within 12 months of publication on the training.gov.au (TGA) website. This is to ensure that RTOs are only using current training packages for the delivery of services.

In order to keep up with the changes, you may register your contact details at training.gov.au to receive any change notifications.

Please review the ASQA Fact Sheet - Revised Training Packages for more information.

If you have any queries regarding variations to content and/or framework of the training packages within the Cultural & Creative, Sport & Recreation, Tourism & Hospitality sectors, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
