The Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday September 7th, 2016 at 5.00 pm.

The meeting will be held at:

The order of events will be as follows:

1. The consideration of the financial accounts and reports for the Committee;

2. Any business relating to the closure of CHARTTES requiring consideration by the Committee at the meeting.
